A quarter of a century ago, Ray Carbe Sr. opened a small music store in the basement
of the family's south Pine Street Home. Soon, music interests had engulfed the home and overflowed into an adjoining house and a former delicatessen next door. Now Sr's one-room music shop had evolved into C&C Music Center and recording works, a two-floor, eleven-room center tucked away in Hazleton's South Side. C&C music offered complete stock, plus hands-on experience of name-brand musical instruments and accessories. |
In 1990, with the help of Ray Jr., the store was then complimented by an award-winning
32 track recording studio, producing and recording national acts as well
as Local Area Musicians. C&C offers the finest professional music and voice instructions for the beginner and advanced students employing seven full-time teachers. C&C also provides in-store servicing on most instruments and amplifiers. |
